We perform this selection very carefully as it is imperative to achieving exceptional quality. If, for instance, a paper deals with neurosurgery, a translator who is an expert in medicine or surgery will not suffice. We will partner you with a translator who has specialized knowledge in neurosurgery.

Training and Development
Beyond securing working relationships only with individuals who can demonstrate both language and subject-matter expertise, NLA has a well-established system of training and development. All of our translators undergo a rigorous certification process and are regularly evaluated for their performance. Constructive feedback and guidelines are passed on to translators who have not performed according to our benchmarks, thus contributing to their professional development and the improvement in translation quality. Performance reports are shared on a monthly basis, and assignment-specific guidelines and comments provide every member of our team with contextually relevant feedback.
